Sturdy set for my opinion
The 6 Inch Cake Pan Set of 3 is a set of three 6-inch round cake pans made of sturdy stainless steel.Most of my baking pans are aluminum but these are food-grade premium 430 stainless steel.The stainless steel distributes heat evenly and they resist warping.I tried this with a French citron cake recipe as well as a recipe for a 3-layer 6 inch chocolate cake.The pans work well and can be lined with parchment and sprayed with baking spray to provide a nonstick surface.I'm happy with the sturdiness and quality of the pans.
