I was hoping for a great internet shopping experience with Aleksander Hreben, but I was very disappointed. Although they carry a broad variety of items, I found their prices to be higher than those of competing websites. As an added downside, the customer service was subpar, with slow reaction times and unhelpful representatives. The products I got were also different from what was advertised on the website, and shipping took much longer than expected. The procedure of returning my purchase was lengthy and inconvenient. Aleksander Hreben online store did not meet my expectations, and I would not suggest them to others.
