Nothing good about Crown Vic - refraction is too high

I installed them in a 2005 Crown Victoria with brand new headlights and the LEDs reflect so poorly in the domes that instead of a hot spot you see a flame pattern on the road which renders them almost useless. Yes, I installed it correctly and tried other options to install it, but none of them worked.

Pros

HIGH BRIGHTNESS: 2x brighter than standard halogen, 100W, 12,000lm per pair, 6,000K white beam, improves nighttime visibility, makes it easier to see signs, obstacles, etc. d . in the street.
