This is as advertised. I was a bit hesitant but wanted something that would help as I drink coffee daily and love lollipops. Between the coffee stain and my sensitive teeth, I was looking for something natural. The stain started to wear off after about 7 days of use, you can see it slowly disappearing. I believe this will only improve whiteness over time. I also have to write something about the feeling. I have very sensitive teeth from constantly snacking on candy and I know that sugar or even cold water can make the nerves feel a little stronger. Miswak was great, my nerves really feel like they have improved or gotten stronger. Your teeth feel amazing after using Miswak and they look so natural. This forces me to use it at least once a day. I've done all the research on previous reviews and have to agree that the bark nibble is less than desirable, but really not that bad. It's a very small price to pay for such a great experience. They present it well, detailed information on how to use it and overall just a great experience. I become a regular customer.
