RGB garbage on computers and accessories

The board works fine but Asrock needs to work on the RGB. First, the Polychrome software is a complete mess. Right now it just throws errors or crashes the computer so I can't control any RGB at all and the lights on the board stay on after you turn off the computer. I can't figure out how to turn it on off. Also, in hindsight, it's my fault for not doing my research, but apparently the Corsair Ram's lighting isn't supported by Asrock. I really don't want to send it back but it may have to be although Ram works as it should. Right now it doesn't matter because no lights can be controlled at all so I'm stuck in rainbow puke. My advice to anyone looking to buy a B550 board is to look elsewhere until Asrock solves their RGB woes. If RGB is important to you, choose MSI. At least they know how RGB is supposed to work. I haven't been disappointed with a product in a long time.
