The best rope for scratching posts!
If your cat is messing with the original rope that comes with the scratching post, don't fix it with the original, they don't last long and make a mess! I bought this hoping it would last because I don't trim my cat's nails that often (he hates it) so it's been about 2-3 weeks since I've put it on and it's holding up like a Champion. I will use this type of rope from now on. Regular wood gorilla glue was used for gluing and so far it is perfectly still and glued.
