Strange but it worked.
So I pierced my nose with it. Everything was fine, but there were no straight earrings. So we had to buy some. For people who have never done this before, consider buying some before using them as others are not for beginners. I was also a little concerned that the pins didn't allow the earring to be inserted at the end to pull it through. I'm not sure what the point of hollow needles is if they're not meant to be worn. Maybe just to remove the skin and stuff? Anyway we made it, but it was a disappointment. I gave 4 stars because I didn't know what I was doing.
