My first Waterpic product! This device is really great for portability. It's relatively quiet and shouldn't take up valuable bathroom countertop space when not in use. We keep it in the dressing table. Our bathroom doesn't have much room for a countertop, so our ability to do so was a buying factor. I did quite a bit of research and compared products before purchasing this model. Watching the comparison videos helped me understand that this unit is quieter than units with a large tank on the countertop. It certainly feels better in the hand than the tight hoses of reservoir devices, but as this is my first Waterpic-style device I've had no issues with it compared to previous models. previous knowledge Check out the Waterpic video here on Revain to see what to expect. I love that you refill the tank with warm water every time you use it. It takes about 2 fills per application to get the job done. I thought it was a pain in the neck but it's really not a problem. Because of this, the water always seems fresh. I know there are reviews of battery issues with these devices on this site. I can't speak to their experience, but I can say that the charging time is quite short and you don't have to be afraid to "charge" the device. The charger switches off when the capacity is exhausted. The only caveat recommended by the manufacturer (judging from a phone conversation with a very pleasant customer service representative) is not to let the battery fully discharge before charging. You can easily tell when the battery is almost empty (after about a week of use). At this time, if you put a magnetic charger on the device, the power will be restored perfectly.
