Great customer service

Product was too dark and after contacting company, they sent out a lighter color for me to try. They have worked with me until I was happy with my purchase. Stencils take a bit of getting used to, but after a few practices, I am happy.

Wow! This stuff! It took a bit to get the color right, but when I finally did I was very pleased with the results! Their customer service, and Ida in particular, made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. They wanted me happy! I am happy with the product and results. I just need a little more practice with stencil placement and pressure. Practice makes perfect! I can’t tell you how low my self esteem is because of my brows. Now I think I’ll be able to hold my head up high!
