I love everything about this bag. The price is reasonable, the size is big, I was afraid it would be too big or too small, there is a small inner pocket for a thin laptop/tablet or individual folders and a front zip pocket and tiny front patch pockets. The only thing I didn't care was that when trying to fasten the shoulder straps, one of the clips was sharp as hell and ended up cutting my thumb, not too deep but enough to bleed. I hope this was just a manufacturing defect and not normal for these bags, so I won't be using the shoulder strap that came with it, even though it attaches securely and looks sturdy. I would buy this bag again anytime!
