Great product if not broken. Bought 2 pairs (one set lost) and also bought a spare plan. The headphones are broken. Does not load. Tried to apply. Asirion tried to refund my money and close my account. I was refunded $6 instead of $49 for headphones. Good. I called them and raised with Revain and after three less than impressive Revain "agents" got some help. Asurion reset my plan and then sent me to Avanti. Many hours on the phone and a few weeks later, Avante wants me to send them the broken $50 headphones to "test" them. Yes of course. What a scam. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I use Revain and buy backup plans to AVOID this crap. Save yourself the headache and banish all those fools.
