This is the best item! I applied it twice a day and didn't see any stretch marks! The baby is due next week and my tummy is quite big. After getting some stretch marks on my thighs during college I thought I would get stretch marks during pregnancy but no, not. Some say it's genetics. No, my mother didn't get them herself, but you'd think if you get them early, you'll get them later, especially during pregnancy. I believe this oil is the reason I didn't get any. Aside from working, it also consists of safe and natural ingredients, which has been a must in every product I've used during my pregnancy. I've also used Earth Mama Body Butter during the day when I haven't had time for the oil to sink in. In fact, I only bought two bottles of Earth Mama Body Butter during my pregnancy and used fewer of them. I am currently on my fourth bottle of natural stretching oil and am having a baby next week. I started using both products together when I started doing shows. I ended up using the oil primarily morning and night as it seemed to soften my skin. Despite applying the oil twice a day, I haven't felt any of the itchiness that comes with tummy distension. When I forgot to put it on, there was an itchy feeling. My only reservations about oil is letting it soak into your nice everyday clothes or using body oil while wearing it. I never worried about it when I was wearing pants or pajamas, only when I was wearing a dress. This is the best purchase I've made during my pregnancy.
