Changed formula and irritated my baby's skin

I used to swear by it for months but something happened and they changed the formula. Now something terrible is irritating my little granddaughter's skin. It got so bad that she got hives and I had to take cortisone to get rid of them. I don't know if Johnson & Johnson is really changing the formula or if it was because I bought it from a Revain dealer (I usually bought it from Walgreens or Walmart). All I know is that I will not buy and use it again.
