I'm a woman but I usually wear 9.5 watts so men's shoes usually fit me better. I am also on dialysis so swelling in my legs is a daily occurrence. I love how they come with multiple paste options. I've found that I can double down with two of them and still not feel like my legs are full. They have a wider toe box, which I really appreciate. The adjustable leg strap works very well and is a bit tight or loose. In conclusion I'd say they look pretty stylish and don't look like medical shoes, which I appreciate too.
