I would give zero stars if I could. Poor design: Blades are very difficult to remove; effective cleaning of the device is not possible - you cannot immerse the grinding chamber in water, and since the blades are very difficult to remove, cleaning is difficult; There is no actual switch, but there is a timer. Poor performance: Device turned off almost immediately after use; the red reset button didn't work, so a reset wasn't possible; I just had to wait an indefinite amount of time for the machine to start up again, after which it immediately shut down. It looks like this company, CGoldenwall, uses the same basic design for different brands (like Insir). They use blades spinning at high speed to try to grind and grind what you put in the grinding chamber. Great concept but terrible execution (see 0 above). I would only give one star for that. But as it seems the company is trying to dominate the market by flooding it with the same bad design across multiple brands. I would give zero stars.
