The monitor shakes slightly on one side, I contacted support and they advised me to tighten it. For a long time I couldn't figure out what was wrong with this stand, I was never able to position the monitors correctly. Hands are not level! Both lean down from the B-pillar. The entire arm on either side wiggles up and down on the main joint, which is attached to the post of the rack. No matter how hard you try to tighten them, they always have some slack, even if you can tighten them enough not to move, the range of motion (which I assume you don't need in a straight arm position) never gets be even when your hands are at the same level.
