I've seen "audiophile" cables starting at $500. I have several expensive Toslink cables in my systems that cost no more than $500. I believed the ad. Now I'm older and wiser. When connected to the same streaming device and DAC, there is no audio difference between this $5 cable and others of mine. My music is the same "musical", the soundstage is still "ahead". Do yourself a favor, save $$ and don't believe the cable and wire ads. Save money and invest in good speakers.
