Rec'd the wrong color (grey vs black) but used the grey any ways, a small tear in one of them as well, and some flimpsy cheap plastic holds these in-place, making them fragile. I don't pull these up or down much so they'll probably be ok for the time-being. They don't fit every window unit perfectly of course, so I realize that I will need curtains to block out the light from the edges of the window now as well.I have no desire to remove all of it and re-package it to return everything and have to put my old blinds back up in the interim. I will eventually replace these with something of higher quality, as $70 for these things is way too much.3 stars for just being fairly easy to install, might be too kind given the QA issues (small tear, wrong color, one box had metal brackets, the other plastic etc., etc.,).
