Bought these to work in the garden in the sun so there are less sun streaks and they protect from bugs and allow the ladies to breathe. Cons: The fabric rolls up easily on the legs and waist. On my foot, the front is about 1.5 inches and the back is just under 0.5 inches. No phone pocket. Pros: The fabric is strong enough to stretch well but thin enough to be breathable. The wide belt holds up well and looks great with a t-shirt. I can sew on a pocket for my phone so I can use it for running too. Right now they're great for gardening or pyjamas. I'm 5'7" and 145 pounds (usually a size 8 jean) and the medium fits perfectly. I have a tiny butt and the fabric under my booty was limited. If you have a fat butt, order one size up to ensure coverage.
