This security cable is great for protecting my personal laptop in class and I love that it can be installed on either side of the computer. However, I am disappointed that the lock/key design is cumbersome and usually requires quite a bit of fumbling to lock and unlock, which I do multiple times a day. Also, the hanging keyhole is surprisingly small, so I had to buy a slip ring thin enough to hold that key as well as my other keys. I would have preferred a combination lock like the cords I've had in the past which were easy to use and offered keyless convenience. My cost was $49.95 in October 2016, but I wouldn't pay the current price given the above issues.
