I like how easy it was for me as an end user to create my own channel with only one click! It's also very simple to share channels between different users or delete them if needed (you can even hide specific items).

The UI could be more intuitive but this doesn't really bother us since we are not used to using other tools than Google Sheets anyway. We use CS mainly because our clients want their customers' opinions about products they have bought online so that they know what people think before deciding whether to buy something themselves.
