Good to about 25°F unless it's raining or snowing.

We like to go outside, but still want to be able to move freely. This coat is great for that. Our snow play jacket probably won't as it's not fully waterproof but is great for cold and even wet days.

Pros

Feature: Children's lightweight cotton hooded garment with a garment attached pocket that compresses into small pockets for easy carrying. The hood is not detachable and the interior is lined with more than 96% cotton. Although it is very thin, it does not affect the warmth of the clothes at all. Light and comfortable cotton clothing does not bunch up too much. By providing warmth, it can also facilitate children's daily activities.
