Review on Tixio by Roy Niemeyer

I like that this platform allows me to organize all of my tickets and projects within one place so they are easy for management as well as my clients to find them easily! It also makes managing tasks easier from an organizational perspective because everything can be categorized into different sections such as To Do's or In Progress etc.

I wish there was more customization options for how some things could look when viewing them but other than that this has been very helpful especially since we have multiple offices. This program helps keep us organized by having all our project information at hand at any given time.
