My knowledge and experience in the business of online shopping led to my disappointment when I discovered that the ERKOON online store did not live up to my standards. The website was difficult to navigate due to its poor organization and the restricted filtering options, which made it impossible to locate particular products. In addition, the ERKOON online store provided things of a substandard quality for customers to purchase. The products did not hold up to frequent use because of the inferior quality of the materials that were used in their production. It is unacceptable for an online merchant to have such poor attention to detail and quality control, especially one that professes to specialize in home and kitchen goods, tiny animals, and toys. Customers who shopped at the ERKOON online store reported that the company's customer service was unresponsive and useless, providing them with the impression that they were not supported and increasing their level of frustration. I am unable to provide the ERKOON internet business a positive recommendation to anyone. The disorganized nature of their website, the low quality of the things they sell, and their below-average customer service all combine to an unpleasant online buying experience.
