Review on Magi Labyrinth Magic DVD Set by Shannon Williams

So it was impossible, impractical or downright stupid to even own the show no matter how much you like it or the overall quality. To put that in perspective: - You get 12 episodes - It's on DVD, NOT Blu-Ray - And some postcards. And you really have to pay $75 for it ($60 in specialty stores) (remember this set is only HALF the entire show). Out of sheer curiosity, I decided to keep an eye out for an offer from Funimation, another Shonen series that's roughly on par with Magi in terms of demographics and quality: Fairy Tail. And they offer in the first set: - 24 episodes - Blu-ray and DVD combo pack - MSRP is $54 (about $40 in specialty stores) I have to ask: What the heck is so special about Magi or any shows made by Aniplex licensed not only deserve a premium price, but nothing really has a premium VALUE?
