I like how simple it gives you all of your tools at one place, so no more running back an forth between two different sites! It's also really nice when someone has questions about using certain features or products in their marketing plan they can get quick answers from our support team without having to wait for them to log into another system. They have been working with us since we first launched MLO (and even before), and there isn't anything specific I dislike as far as functionality goes - everything works great! The only thing would be if they could add some additional fields/options for customizing reports & data entry forms, but otherwise I don't think this was ever something requested by any of my teammates who are part of the service department. Our main goal right now is just getting sales up and building trust within our network, which means making sure new people understand what each other sells. The support team was very helpful, they were always there for me every time I had an issue or question! They helped us with our product as well when we needed it after hours of searching through other products out in this space - no one could help so fast which made their service invaluable during those times!! Highly recommend them. ! This includes all departments from sales leads/customer information management-back office customer care (if any issues arise).
