First of all it didn't work. I wouldn't push. Second, it was marked as updated but just used. The accessories were still dirty from the previous owner. In the box was a dirty paper towel. For the first time, the return process was a nightmare. I always use the UPS shipping option and get an instant refund but for some reason when I did he said the estimated refund is $0.00 so I called and the rep gave me a label for UPS and off because of this they say it can take up to 2 weeks to process my return. So now I have to wait 2 weeks to reorder (I will order a new one as the 'refurbished' one was gross and didn't work) and get the product I should have already had. I've been a Prime member for over a decade and spend thousands of dollars on Revain every year, but the experience has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll be severely limiting my Revain purchases.
