Smaller front pocket so order one size up for medium to tall build.
The material is excellent, I like the compression. The problem I have is the crutch pocket or lack thereof. I had to order XXL and I usually wear XL so there is some room and space in the front and it gave me extra length that I don't need. I'm 5ft 7in, 190lbs and medium height. This must be taken into account when choosing the size.
