As someone who shops quite frequently online, I couldn't wait to give Septangle a shot. On the other hand, my experience with both their products and their support was extremely discouraging. To begin, the shoes and clothing that I purchased did not at all resemble the images that were displayed on their website. The fabric was of poor quality and the construction was shoddy, and the measurement was completely off. When I contacted customer support to inquire about a return, the representatives were unhelpful, and it took them days to respond to my inquiry. To make a bad situation even worse, the broken and tarnished jewelry that I had purchased was delivered to me. It was obvious that the things had not been subjected to the appropriate level of inspection before being sent to me. When I tried to get a refund or exchange, I was met with resistance, and I was informed that it was my responsibility to pay for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back. My time spent with Septangle was, on the whole, not a very positive one. Anyone who is contemplating making a purchase from this online store should give it some serious consideration before doing so, in my opinion. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed as a result of the poor quality of their products and the lackluster customer service that they provided.
