The best thing about tone den, it's simplicity of use! It has all you need to get started with your first automation campaign in less than 5 minutes (and there are many tutorials available). There isn't anything that I dislike so far - everything works as expected from day 1 after purchase or trial period expires. If anyone who wants an easy way out when dealing with complicated tools like Hubspot should definitely give this one try. We have been able automate our email campaigns using their API integration which was very straight forward process compared to other solutions we've tried before such as Mailchimp etc.. Our sales team loves being notified by emails immediately once someone opens them without having us manually check each lead individually every time they open those leads through website visits/social media interactions / phone calls. This saves tons amount of human resources especially during busy season where manual checking takes longer due to high.
