I ordered two Coop Home pillows – one for adults and one for my son. Day 0 - Upon opening my son immediately complained about the strange smell so I tossed the pillow in the dryer for 10-15 minutes as per the instructions. It didn't smell so we decided to leave it for a while. Day 1. The smell was still there, in fact it was getting stronger. So we decided to wait another day. Day 2. The smell is so bad we can smell it from afar. It was sunny outside so we decided to put it in the sun. No change in smell. The pillow is like potpourri in reverse, everything that comes in contact with it now absorbs that horrible smell. Day 3 - Another round of drying and the smell hasn't changed. I decided to return it immediately after finishing this review. I do not recommend this pillow at all. The other pillow we ordered for adults has a different filling and is almost odorless. Looks like they used inferior material which also explains the discount.
