Review on Premium Leather Toddler Mary Janes With Hard Sole: Wide Range Of Colors & Durability For Toddler School Shoes And More by Collin Donahue

Frankly disappointed in the quality

I think these shoes are adorable and loved that they were $15 less than Stride Rite and L'Amour. I even liked the idea that they have functioning buckles instead of velcro.until I had to put them on my daughter all the time. That has become a real pain. My disappointment in quality actually lies with the buckles. The leather strap you use to buckle began "fraying" immediately and I became very concerned we were going to tear them up just buckling and unbuckling. We are a couple of months in and I have decided I would not purchase these shoes again. We just have to be so careful with them and the buckle strap looks years older than the rest of the shoe, they are so worn. Lastly, when the box says to "spot clean" leather, they really mean it! I use mild baby wipes on my daughter's Stride Rite shoes to clean them up all the time and they work great. I wiped these shoes once and could not believe all the coloring that came off on the wipe. Ugh. They are toddler shoes.toddlers get their shoes dirty! It's disappointing that $35 for a toddler shoe still only gets you a mediocre shoe. Really cute, but not great quality.
