Already opened and used when I received it.
See I love this balm and paid a few extra bucks to have it shipped faster which was worth it UNTIL I received it and it has already been opened and used. The packaging was opened and when I removed the lid there were scratches on the balm itself. Needless to say I will NOT be using it.
