The pins were difficult to remove. The instructions you get are basically just pictures with a few words that don't help at all. You remove pins from the left side on one 1/2 strip and then from the right side on the other 1/2 - it's definitely a little confusing. The fit was ok after removing 3 links. I noticed that the clasp lost its shine after a few days. Then, after a few days, the bracelet completely detached from the side that connected to the dial. I have never removed a pin from a face and have not been able to do so as there was no room to use a tool like Links. The pins could only be fitted during the production phase, so either the pin was too short or the body was too loose to last just 2 weeks of normal wear.
