Ordered back in June I think. I used it for the first time today, August 20th. This is the worst hair dryer I've ever used. I can't return it because the return period has expired. Anyway, the dryer has absolutely NO power. I have very thick hair so I needed a better hair dryer. 2 nozzles have arrived. A diffuser. which I will never be able to use. The Supreme Power still felt like a gentle breeze. It doesn't even get hot. It literally just buzzes and blows air like I'm releasing an air mattress. I wish I could return it. I can't so I threw it away. And I hope this review saves someone money. Although it is lightweight as advertised.
