Great tool for team members communicating and building community
The best thing about VCB was that it allowed me to be able give feedback easily by answering surveys or just giving thumbs up/down of different things happening in my organization (like an event).
It would sometimes not work well with our internet connection so we had issues getting through at times which made communication difficult because I couldn't see what people were doing during meetings when there wasn't enough bandwidth available between us all via Google Hangouts! Overall though this software has helped keep everyone organized as far back from now until years later where someone still goes "what did you do last year?".
Pros
- I was able to keep everyone organized and in the last year of my work there was a "what did you do last year?" and I was able to see my year
Cons
- It was not the best and at times made it difficult to see what was happening during meetings
