This is a really cool little external Bluetooth speaker as it can also be used as a night light. It has nice sound but it's not built to blow you away at just 3W but it does offer good sound with a nice atmosphere and the unique lighting feature it has. It has 7 different backlight colors - red, green, blue, yellow-purple, cyan and white, and the eighth setting is to switch colors automatically and then turn off. Not only does it have a button on the front that lets you switch between colors, but at the very top of the speaker is a touch sensor that lets you change not only the color but the brightness of the light... low, medium and high settings. A short touch changes the color and a long touch changes the brightness level. Therefore, this speaker can be very handy in the children's room as it will allow you to play sleep music from your device and it will also be a gentle night light to soothe them. I am very impressed with this speaker and its features and am very happy with this purchase.
