OK, this belt is full grain leather, but it's VERY stretchy. I am size 38. Apparently I was recommended a size 40 belt but it was too loose so I had to add extra holes. I've never had a leather belt that stretches a lot, this one and I'm not losing weight believe me lol so looks like I'll have to get a size 38 if not a 36 pretty soon, make sure that you get the right size. I would even recommend going for 1 size 4 to get a belt size that fits your pant waist. So if your pants size is 38, take a 38 belt.
