It does its job. It holds my phone when I run or walk and frees my hands. I get hotter/sweatier under this strap but I'm sure it has more to do with the phone than the strap which is quite breathable. You can touch/affect the screen through this stuff, but you can't see the screen to know what you're touching, so it's not always useful. I can actually see it partially indoors or at night, but not in direct sunlight. Overall fit and feel are good. My phone feels secure and I don't think or worry about it while exercising. If you're someone who wants/needs to be constantly fiddling with your phone while working out, I'd suggest something with a clear window and/or a quick way to disconnect your phone. It's not very bulky to reach into your pocket, but perfect for those who want to grab their phone and forget they have it. It's super light and simple, perfect for my needs. If I had lost this one, I would buy it again anytime.
