Bought as a gift for my friend's mum who loves wine but has arthritis in both hands. It was easy to use and she loved it! she used it all the time. Charging aborted after about a year. She never told me and I just found out it stopped working when I walked over and she was using a portable device. I contacted a company who said that if I physically cut the product's power cord and send them a photo that no matter what the product stops working, they will send a replacement. I understand people cheat all the time but the product wasn't mine, I don't have the product and they threw it away because why keep a product that takes up space but doesn't work? I think that's terrible customer service. I sent them proof that I actually bought the item and I even wanted to ask them to send a replacement direct to my friend's mother. If your product doesn't break, it works great. But God forbid it will fail like this gift and you had better tell the person when it stops working to save the broken product.
