These are great socks. Very comfortable and the perfect height. They come far enough above the ankle to work with a low hiking boot. They have nice cushioning and are perfect for walking in all day. They have nice stretch and feel comfortably snug and supportive on your feet.! Update: After wearing these socks for the better part of a month while walking and hiking around the UK, I discovered a critical flaw. Of the 5 pairs, only 2 were comfortable. The other 3 had annoying bumps of fabric on the inside of the sock at the toe. There is a seam right where your little toe meets the shoe. So annoying and painful. I would inspect each pair, try them on, and send those with large fabric bumps back.
