Review on Conceited Velour Velvet Leggings For Women by Justin Buck
not scratchy for my opinion
It is not super thick but a nice soft velour, it has good stretch without being see through and I think I can dress it up with a long tunic blouse or more casual with a sweatshirt. The camel color is a true caramel camel . Very classy looking and a nice change from regular black leggings.
