Make sure to give yourself a good break before each wear
I had preeclampsia when I was pregnant with my son and had such severe swelling in my legs and ankles that I couldn’t even wear pants or any shoe that wasn’t flip flops. These were suggested by my doctor and they helped so much. Was able to wear pants within a day. Wearing them most of the day does get a little uncomfortable, though. Make sure to give yourself a good break before each wear. Top band was a little too tight for me, but otherwise they felt fine. Bought XL size and would say they are true to size.
