This product comes with two outer rings, one white and one black. Matt black interior. The interior is of high quality and looks great. The outer rings are thin and of cheap quality. They also scratch by rubbing against each other in the packaging. I have 10ft ceilings and it's hard to tell when I look directly at them, especially in the light, but if my ceilings were a bit shorter I'd probably return them for fear it would show.
