They taste great!
These delicious items can be sprinkled on cereal or mixed into a delicious drink. However, I save them for our bearded dragons, which seem to like to eat them pure. I don't like them myself, but I think that's one of the many reasons we have different words for 'lizard' and 'human'. I agree, disagree I guess.
