I'm not one to write reviews but felt I had to for this product. I first had this case for my iPhone 8 Plus and it was great. I bought an iPhone XS 3 weeks ago and bought this case thinking it would be just as great as my last one. Boy was I wrong. In my second week of using my phone, I dropped it 3 feet off the ground. He landed on concrete. I picked it up and the top right corner of the phone slipped out of the case, causing the phone to crack between the case and the screen protector. So I figured maybe user error. In the end, the broken display was replaced. ONE WEEK LATER my phone fell 2 feet from my hand as I leaned over and fell to the ground. AGAIN the phone slipped out of the case and broke the bottom right side of my screen protector (thankfully not a real screen). Not sure if the case isn't snug enough or what, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this case to anyone with an X or XS. I just ordered my MOUS case and can't wait to throw this away!
