I've been using this product for a few years now - love it. The new vial I just received is completely different from what I used before. The formula has completely changed. The smell as it falls on the skin - everything is different. Last night I took a closer look at the bottle and noticed that it said 'new improved formula'. They replaced jojoba oil with aloe vera. Obviously because of the lower cost as jojoba oil is a much better ingredient in skin care products. Almost all of the other ingredients in the product are now chemicals compared to the previous formula, which was almost entirely natural — it previously contained organic green tea extract, witch hazel, aloe extract, hops, rosemary, sage, gotu kola extract, lemon peel -extract . etc. I specifically bought it from natural and organic ingredients. I received a refund from Revain for selling a product with over 3,000 reviews that has completely changed. I also contacted the company and will not buy from them again. Extremely disappointed.
