I bought four of these 2.5 inch hard drive trays for my PowerEdge R440 small business server. The product is exactly as advertised, works perfectly with the server and matches the Dell hard drives exactly (except for the lack of a sticker stating drive type). Installation was trivial. One device was missing a sticker on the front with indicators, but otherwise worked. I contacted the seller late Friday evening with a request to replace the panel. Response in my inbox on Saturday morning Workdone sent me a full replacement on Saturday which arrived on Tuesday I would highly recommend both the product and this seller.
