4.5 stars if I could. My little girl is 3 years old but she is quite tall and heavy. I went for 4T (like the clothes she wears) and they fit perfectly. They are soft and feel like cotton. You've absorbed little accidents like late-night potty visits BUT 100% will ooze and wet the bed if she leaves before waking up to potty. This just happened to us and our sheets and everything is in the wash. We'll have to keep using disposable nighttime diapers for now :( Overall, they're great for avoiding one-time wasteful daytime pull-ups. Very soft, feel comfortable, and cover a wide crotch and high waist well. Plus, they're cute.
