I bought this USB hub to replace my old USB 3.0 hub which was having some problems. It had no switches or power-only ports. The consequences have always been that my USB system was missing endpoints, causing some of my devices to stop working properly. With this USB hub I easily solved this problem. Devices I'm not currently using I just turn off with a simple push of a button, and devices that only require power (like a fan and light) I plug into the power-only connectors and haven't had any issues since. The device is really beautiful, durable and has well protruding soft rubber feet. The cables are quite durable and appear to be well protected from interference. The data LEDs show data transfer, so I no longer have to guess which connector goes with which device. The power supply works worldwide, which is another big plus for me so that I can take it with me on vacation. I've tested power only sockets and measured 3A and up to 12V and all fast charge standards were confirmed by my load tester. Very happy with it.
